This week, in Almaty, on the basis of the office of Altynex Company JSC, the Caspian University conducted training on the topic "Theory and practice of the application of Labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan". The three-day corporate seminar was attended by HR specialists of the Group of Companies, including employees of Altynex Company JSC. During the training, the seminar participants learned about current changes in the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, studied the legal regulation of labor relations, including topics such as working hours, the procedure for their application, the mechanism of social partnership in the field of labor in the Republic of Kazakhstan, international legal regulation of collective labor relations and other relevant issues. Also during the seminar, the participants of the Group of Companies shared their work experience and took part in a case study. At the end of the seminar, the participants of the seminar received certificates from the Caspian University.
