Since January 2024, the management of AltynEx Company JSC has decided to increase salaries for working personnel from 19% to 30%, engineering and technical workers and administrative and managerial workers from 5% to 10%. The increase in wages is part of the social policy and an investment in the development of the company. It is worth noting that in December 2023, all employees were paid an annual bonus in the amount of the average salary, which was coincided with the Independence Day of Kazakhstan.
