As part of the implementation of the plan of events dedicated to the Year of Blue-Collar Professions, the AltynEx Company mine held an Open Day for 9th-11th grade students from the villages of Altyndy and Kaiyndy. The goal of the event was to introduce schoolchildren to production activities, popularize blue-collar professions among young people, and increase interest in obtaining professional education in demand in the industry. The children visited the production site of the enterprise, saw the processes of loading, unloading, and storing ore. The schoolchildren also learned about the stages of ore crushing and sampling, and visited the testing and analytical laboratory. During the excursion, the youth talked to experienced specialists who answered their questions. The excursion aroused keen interest among the schoolchildren. Many of them noted that what they saw helped them take a new look at blue-collar professions and think about choosing a future profession related to the production sphere.
