The Miss and Mr. Safety competition was held at the mine.
Deserving participants competed for the title of best. Nurlan Bimashov, Head of Security, Ratmir Abilev, Quality Control Foreman, and Timur Zhakin, an IAL crusher, competed in the Mister Safety category. Dariga Kurmasheva, a Quality Control Weigher, and Bakytgul Duysenova, an IAL Lab Technician, presented their knowledge and creativity for the title of Miss Safety.
The competition program was rich and multifaceted. During the creative challenge, participants presented themselves in various formats—from videos to dramatizations, poems, and songs—exploring the topic of occupational safety through personal experience, humor, and professional pride. Particular attention was paid to theoretical knowledge and an interactive challenge that allowed participants to demonstrate their knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Based on the competition's results, the following were awarded the title of best: Ratmir Abilev, Quality Control Foreman, Mister Safety; "Miss Safety" was awarded to Bakytgul Duisenova, a laboratory technician at the Laboratory of Laboratory Safety. A special award in the "Brilliant Welcome" category was given to Nurlan Bimashov, Head of Security, for his vibrant and memorable performance.
