Last week, Abzal Niyazov, HR Director at AltynEx Company JSC, participated in a presentation on the labor market research and salary overview for 2025–2026 from Antal Kazakhstan.
The presentation presented the results of the latest labor market research. The main topic of discussion was labor market trends from the perspective of the HR community over the past two to three years. The impact of technology deserves special attention. Over 60% of surveyed companies are already using artificial intelligence tools to analyze data, automate HR processes, and interact with clients, indicating that digitalization is already changing the market today. 2025 has also shown that the values of young professionals are increasingly at odds with the traditional expectations of employers. Controversy, refusal to return to work, and demands for flexibility and balance—all of this is a reality that companies must learn to cope with.
"Attracting and retaining young talent is truly one of the most pressing and relevant issues for HR professionals." "We are also gradually changing management approaches to meet the expectations of young people," noted Abzal Niyazov.
The event provided an excellent platform for exchanging experiences, new ideas, and developing perspectives on the future of the labor market.
