The team of JSC "AltynEx Company" is a large team of professionals from different parts of the country, with different experience and knowledge. Currently, we unite 660 specialists, most of whom work at the mine on a rotational basis.
At the same time, the company adheres to the strategy of attracting local personnel: workers from the Aktobe region make up 71%. Of this number, 18% are residents of the village of Altyndy and Kaiyndy, 47% are residents of the Mugalzhar district.
