+Last weekend, the annual marathon, which has become a good city tradition, was held in Aktobe. This year, 1,300 people took part in the sports festival. Participants competed in three distances: 3 km, 10 km and a half marathon - 21 km. Aktobe Mayor Azamat Beket also came to the start along with other runners. At the end of the race, he congratulated Aktobe residents on City Day and expressed gratitude to all participants for their contribution to the development of mass sports. Among the marathon runners was our colleague. Nurlan Bimashov, Head of Security Service of AltynEx Company JSC: - This is my 5th (fifth) city race for a distance of 10 km. I have been interested in athletics for a long time, for 15 years. I try not to miss such events, even if they are held in other cities of Kazakhstan. First of all, it's not just about physical strength, but also endurance, character, motivation and most importantly discipline. Running is a cure for all diseases! A real victory is when you defeat yourself again and again. We are proud of Nurlan Bimashov's participation in the race and his active position in promoting a healthy lifestyle!
