Since December 1st, at the initiative of the employer, the wages of employees of "AltynEx Company" JSC have been increased.
The wages increase for employees ranged from 10% to 15%. In 2022, this is already the second stage of the wage increase: from January 1st, all employees were paid from 15% to 25%. The same wage increase from 15% to 25% was made on January 1st, 2021. Thus, in the period from 01.01.21 to 12.01.22, the salary of employees of "AltynEx Company" JSC increased three times, at least by 40%. Wages increasing is part of the policy of improving the social conditions of employees and a serious investment in the business development.
