Congratulations to everyone on the Day of the Capital of Kazakhstan! Exactly 30 years ago, the decision to move the capital from Almaty to Akmola was made by the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and 4 years later Akmola was renamed Astana. This year the capital celebrates its 26th anniversary. Over the years, Astana has become a beautiful, modern metropolis, giving impetus to the development of the whole country. May our capital, like Kazakhstan, grow and prosper!
