ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION The production activities of
"AltynEx Company" JSC are regulated by the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory and methodological documents in the field of environmental protection and do not have a significant impact on the environment quality in the area where the enterprise is located.
Qualification of personnel dealing with environmental issues at the enterprise meets the qualification requirements. The subdivisions responsible for environmental protection keep all project documents, acts of inspections carried out by regulatory authorities, regulatory documentation in the field of environmental protection, including the approved standards for emissions into the atmospheric air, water, and waste management standards.
Annually, with the involvement of specialized organizations with appropriate accreditations, the company monitors the impact on environmental components with the preparation, formation and timely submission of a report on the results of industrial environmental control to the Department for the Aktobe region of ecology. The Company makes regular and timely environmental payments.
